Dear All,
2013 has in every respect been a fantastic year. Starting with our annual entrepreneur network programme, EAFC, visiting Myanmar in January with 21 participants, the basis for a number of exciting activities throughout the year was well kick started. Project development activities in many different countries have resulted in a long list of new sustainable business projects. Not least with outset in Danida's clean tech delegation wherewe managed the hiring of Danish company participants, turned out a number of fresh projects for the Danida Business Partnership programme. Also, this year, jointly with Denmark's Honorary Consul for Thailand's Eastern Provinces Stig Vagt Andersen, we initiated the development of the Diary Cluster Delegation to Thailand programmed for January 2014 with the support of the Regional Business Incubator Centre Mid Jutland (Væksthus Midtjylland). An exciting activity for which the Thai Embassy in Copenhagen is helping to become a reality.
In Aalborg, we have increased our team with two new colleagues; Mads Riis Abrahamsen and Sanne Kjeldsteen. Both which are already contributing to the continued positive development of our workplace. 2013 also paved the way to new assignments on Zealand, a region in Denmark with many opportunities for internationalization projects. We aim to become much stronger in this market in the new year as well as to continue to expand our presence in Jutland.
Further, for 2014, we will bring our EAFC entrepreneur network to Indonesia to have a look at various business opportunities in this expanding economy as well as we will support the Embassy in Dhaka's initiative to develop a follow-up clean tech delegation in May. We will revitalize our Africa network and already with a number of interested entrepreneurial companies, we will work towards bringing many more Danish entrepreneurs to this vibrant continent. With these milestones, we will surely see a lot of new challenging activities in cooperation with our many clients, friends and partners.
All in all, 2013 was great. We thank all for your support and cooperation during the year and hope you will enjoy reading our newsletter.
