Andersen Consult’s Participation in the Global Entrepreneurship Week 2015
Last week, more than 150 different events took place around Denmark in connection with the Global Entrepreneurship Week 2015. A worldwide tradition that each year takes place in November with the purpose of encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship. The key objective of the week is that new ideas for promotion of trade, growth and entrepreneurship shall be kick-started at the different events.
Meanwhile Andersen Consult conducted its food and food processing technology delegation with 14 participating Danish companies in Myanmar last week, Andersen Consult participated in two exciting entrepreneurship events as well.
Monday 16 November, a debate meeting was held at Spar Nord in Aalborg. An event with four interesting presentations regarding promotion of trade and growth in the northern part of Denmark. Among the speakers were the Danish Minister for Business and Growth, Troels Lund Poulsen, and Professor from Aalborg University, Olav Jull Sørensen. The debate was successfully facilitated by Clement Kjersgaard.
Tuesday 17 November, Asia House in Copenhagen had invited us for its Entrepreneurship Day with particular focus on clusters as a gateway to the Southeast Asian market. As Andersen Consult is highly experienced in developing business clusters operating in Asia, we presented a hands-on approach to clusters and two different cases from Bangladesh and Myanmar. The presentation was followed by a Q & A Session with Lars Andersen on skype from Myanmar. Moreover, the event included presentations from the CLEAN Cluster and the Innovation Attaché in South Korea. A day full of new ideas and inspiring people.
Both events have created new and interesting relations which we look forward to develop further.
We wish all entrepreneurs a successful closing of 2015.
